Before we work together, there’s something you should know.

I could use this space to tell you about the credentials, careers, and unexpected turns that got me here. But none of those tells you the most important thing about how I work:

I don’t think you need another person telling you what to do with your life.

I’m much more interested in what happens when we get curious about the stories we’ve been telling ourselves, question what we think we already know, and make room for possibilities we couldn’t see from where we were standing.

That’s a lot of what I do at Modern Day Mirror.

I use intuition, storytelling, and really good questions to help people look at their lives from another angle. Not because I have the answer — or because I think there always is one — but because a new perspective can interrupt an old pattern and reveal choices we couldn’t see before.

Sometimes this happens inside 1:1 conversations. Sometimes I create room for the magic to surface in community. And sometimes I still follow my own curiosity into an idea I never saw coming, just to find out where it leads.

I believe we’re allowed to change our minds. Surprise ourselves. Follow the white rabbit. Make choices we can’t fully explain yet. Ask better questions instead of demanding faster answers. And maybe build lives that feel a lot more alive.
